2. Services
Web Studio provides web design, development, and maintenance services under agreed project scopes or monthly care plan subscriptions. The specific deliverables, pricing, and timeline are defined in the project proposal or service agreement provided before work commences.
3. Payment Terms
One-time project fees are invoiced 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly subscription fees (Care Plan) are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the website design and content created specifically for their project. Reusable code components, frameworks (Next.js, Tailwind, etc.), and third-party libraries remain subject to their respective open-source licences.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate content, brand assets, and timely feedback. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Web Studio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss. Our total liability in any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they are referred to the District Court of Espoo (Espoon käräjäoikeus).
8. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
